How does the home delivery process work?
At the end of the purchase process on the website, we will send you an e-mail with an order number. After completing the item packing process, you will receive an additional e-mail invoice and shipping tracking number. When the package is launched, the shipping company will send you an SMS message that includes an option to track the order.

What if I was not home when the package arrives?
If you are not at home, you can allow the courier to leave the package at the door or in the electrical cabinet. In this case, the company will not be liable for any damage and / or loss or other indirect or consequential damage of any kind that will cause the packagw as a result. A package for which no response will be received from the customer, will be returned to the company's warehouses at the end of 4 business days.

How do you I receive the package at the collection point?
When ordering the package, you can choose the pick-up point that is most convenient for you, near the address you entered in the order. After selecting the location of the collection point, you will receive an SMS message informing when the package will arrive at the point and what hours can be reached to collect it. The package must be picked up within 7 business days from the store or up to 3 business days from the locker from the moment you are notified of the arrival at the collection point. Then, the package will be returned to our warehouses.
