New Balance Israel provides warranty for products purchased through authorized resellers only. The warranty is in limited to a manufacturing defect only and is limited to a period of 3 months from purchasing date and does not depend on the usage of the product. To fulfill the warranty, you must return the product to the store it was purchased from and it will be taken to our lab for examination.

Shoes
Shoes should not be washed in any way.
• If the shoes have an unpleasant smell, remove the inner padding and wash it separately.
• Hard dirt can be removed by using a toothbrush or nail file, warm water (not boiling) and a little fat removing dish soap. It is recommended not to repeat the process often (not valid for suede alone).
• Drying shoes can be done by compressing newspapers or absorbent paper to the body of the shoe overnight, it must be dried for at least 12 hours. Using a direct heat source will damage and distort the shape of the shoe.
Clothing
A label with washing and drying instructions is attached to each product, in order not to damage the quality, color, or quality of the fabric. It is recommended to follow the instructions written on the label.

6.7. Results of cancellation not due to defect and / or non-compliance:
