The site is owned by Silon Sports Ltd., the official and only importer of New Balance in Israel for the past 20 years.
New Balance Israel provides warranty for products purchased through authorized resellers only. The warranty is in limited to a manufacturing defect only and is limited to a period of 3 months from purchasing date and does not depend on the usage of the product. To fulfill the warranty, you must return the product to the store it was purchased from and it will be taken to our lab for examination.
To fulfill the warranty for products purchased through the New Balance online store or factory store it should be brought to out factory store (3 Shavil Hamifal St., Tel Aviv 03-6820275) or our brand store (9 Derech Eden St., Rishon Lezion. 03-5213330) after contacting the customer service.
Length of shoe examination - up to 14 business days
Shoes
Shoes should not be washed in any way.
• If the shoes have an unpleasant smell, remove the inner padding and wash it separately.
• Hard dirt can be removed by using a toothbrush or nail file, warm water (not boiling) and a little fat removing dish soap. It is recommended not to repeat the process often (not valid for suede alone).
• Drying shoes can be done by compressing newspapers or absorbent paper to the body of the shoe overnight, it must be dried for at least 12 hours. Using a direct heat source will damage and distort the shape of the shoe.
Clothing
A label with washing and drying instructions is attached to each product, in order not to damage the quality, color, or quality of the fabric. It is recommended to follow the instructions written on the label.
• Turn inside out before washing.
• Products with a zipper should be washed with the zipper closed.
• Do not dry in direct sunlight.
Definitely yes. The store displays models for men, women and children available for purchase.
The priducts ordered from the website are shipped with HFD and arrive with a courier to the your doorstep at a cost of 24 NIS within of 3-5 business days. First time replacement / change is free of charge. Any additional delivery beyond that will be charged 50 NIS.
All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Sunday to Thursday, not including holiday eves. and holidays).
Orders placed by 12 noon will be processed the same business day, any orders placed after 12 noon will be processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays will only be processed on the following Sunday.
Delivery time up to 5 business days (from the business day on which the order was received and processed)
Golan Heights areas, Dead Sea settlements, Arava and Eilat settlements - delivery time up to 9 business days (from the business day on which the order was received and processed)
Delivery of products is in Israeli areas only and is subject to reasonable accessibility (infrastructure, security restrictions, etc.). In some cases, the company holds the right, to change the collection point of a product to a different nearby and acceptable place, which will be coordinated with the costumer in advance.
The item can be picked up independently from the New Balance store in Rishon Lezion (9 Derech Eden St.) 24 hours after the order date and cordinationg with the store - 03-5213330
Purchases can be made via credit cards, 3 payments can be made in purchases over 500ILS.
Yes. You can select the Store Pickup option when placing your order on our website. Your order will be available for pickup starting on the business day following the day the order was placed. Orders placed over the weekend (Thursday through Saturday) will be available for pickup on Sunday. Orders will be held at the store for up to one month from the date the order was placed. After one month, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and we will not be obligated to retain the item or locate and return the order to the customer. Please note: If an order is not collected within one month and has been returned to the warehouse, we cannot guarantee that the order or item will still be available. If the order is nevertheless still available after this period, the item cannot be returned or exchanged.
The variety of models imported to Israel is an internal business decision of the company. It is not possible to order shoes through us individually.

New Balance has a factory in Plymouth, England, and some of the models are also manufactured there, the rest of the models are manufactured in the East.
New Balance in Israel and around the world has a very wide and large variety of imitations, some of which are very similar to the original. In order to avoid purchasing an imitation, make sure that the store from which you are purchasing is a an uthorized marketer of New Balance Israel and sells original products. New Balance Israel does not provide service for products purchased through unauthorized resellers
Products purchased through the website may be returned within 30 days from the date the item is received.

The exchange is completed when the courier collects the original item or alternatively at one of our retail stores, subject to stock availability. Customers may exchange the item for the same product or a different product, subject to inventory availability and payment of any applicable price difference. As the replacement item is provided at the time of collection, the returned item cannot be inspected beforehand. Therefore, if the returned item is found to be damaged, stained, worn, or otherwise used, the Company reserves the right to charge the customer for the value of the exchanged item and/or cancel the exchange, at its sole discretion. Exchange at Retail Stores Products may also be exchanged at one of our retail stores within 30 days, free of charge and subject to stock availability at the time of the visit. Store exchanges are subject to the same conditions as website returns. Items must be new, unused, returned in their original packaging, and include all original tags attached.
New Balance is the only sports shoe company in Israel whose products are approved by the Israeli Diabetes Association. We import the best models recognized by the US Department of Health as comfortable shoes adapted for diabetics.
