The company reserves the right to update this policy from time to time at its sole discretion. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers who wish to cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been dispatched from the company's warehouse, may do so independently through their account area on the website under "My Orders". A "Cancel Order" option will appear next to the relevant order. Once the cancellation request has been submitted, the order will be cancelled immediately, and the customer will receive a full refund for the order, including any shipping fees paid. A confirmation email regarding the cancellation and refund will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.

Customers who are not registered on the website, or who placed their order as a guest without logging into an account, may submit a cancellation request using the Order Cancellation Form available here.
