Return item

A customer who has placed an order may cancel it in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
Cancellation after receipt of the order by the customer: When the order was delivered to the customer, the customer may cancel it, in whole or in part, within 14 days from the date it was delivered to him, by written notice by email: service@silonsport.co.il
and / or  to the company's customer service by phone: 03-5213332 provided that the products are in good condition and not used, in their original packaging, when all the labels / tags are still attached to the item, when they are complete and / or no injury and / or damage and / or defect and / or spoilage of any kind and type. Customers can return the item with a courier at a cost of  24 NIS or return it in our stores in Rishon Lezion / Kiryat Ata,

After receiving the item to the company's warehouses, the customer will be refunded the full amount paid by him when placing the order within 14 business days.
The refund will be made by crediting the credit card or crediting the PayPal account through which the purchase was made.
For the avoidance of doubt it is clarified that in canceling an order, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the shipping fee as paid by him.

Item replacement

Cannot be exchanged with a courier. Unused items can be returned within 14 business days of receiving the order and receive a refund. The return is made with a courier to the home . A customer interested in returning products received in an order with a courier not due to a defect, such as in cases of an unsuitable size, is asked to contact the company's customer service via a written message at service@silonsport.co.il

* Clarification - If the item is returned damaged / used, we will not issue a cash credit and the item will be returned to the customer with a shipping cost of 24 NIS.

In-store exchange - free of charge. It is clarified that the product exchange will be in accordance with the existing inventory in the store. It can be exchanged for a different item. The item can be exchanged if it has not been used and is in its original packaging and the label / tag is still attached to the item, when it is complete and / or without damage and / or defect and / or spoilage of any kind
