Cancellation and Item Return

A customer may cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the terms detailed in the website’s policy. A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product or the date of receiving the order confirmation—whichever is later.

Customers who are persons with disabilities, senior citizens, or new immigrants are entitled to cancel a transaction within four months from the date of the transaction, the date of receiving the product, or the date of receiving the invoice—whichever is later—provided that the transaction involved telephone communication or electronic communication. The company may request documentation to verify eligibility, as permitted by law.

In the event of cancellation due to a defect, the matter will be reviewed with the customer, and if necessary, a pickup will be arranged. The refund and cancellation will be processed according to applicable law. Please keep the order confirmation and refrain from using the product intended for return.

In cases of cancellation not due to a defect, the company will refund the amount paid within 14 days from the date the cancellation notice is received, cancel the charge, and send a confirmation. Refunds will be issued only to the original method of payment, subject to the credit card company’s processing timelines.

Products purchased as part of special promotions (such as “1+1” offers or multi-item deals) will be returned in accordance with the promotion’s terms. If only part of the items are returned, the refund will be calculated based on the proportional discount applied at the time of purchase.

The company may deduct damages caused to the products due to use, defects, depreciation, opened packaging, physical damage, or any other harm incurred while the item was in the customer’s possession.

Methods for Returning an Item

Return via courier – cost of 24 NIS.
Please reply to the order confirmation email received from New Balance Service and request a product return.Clarification: If the returned item arrives damaged or used, no refund will be issued. The item will be sent back to the customer at a shipping cost of 24 NIS.

In-store returns – free of charge.
Returns may be made at any of our stores:

Item Exchange

Exchanges cannot be made via courier.
Items that have not been used may be returned for a refund, after which a new purchase can be made. Items must be returned within 14 business days from the date the order was received. Returns are made via home pickup by courier.

Customers who wish to return items received in an order (not due to a defect), such as in cases of an incorrect size, must contact customer service in writing at: service@silonsport.co.il

In-store Exchanges – Free of Charge

Exchanges in store are subject to existing stock availability.
You may exchange for a different product.
An exchange will be permitted only if the item has not been used, is in its original packaging, and the tag/label is still attached. The item must be returned intact and free of any damage, defect, or impairment of any kind.
